THE NEW WORLD ORDER
The term New World Order (NWO) has been used by numerous aristocrats
through the ages, and is a generic term used to refer to a worldwide
conspiracy being orchestrated by an extremely powerful and influential
group of genetically-related individuals (at least at the highest
echelons) which include many of the world's wealthiest people, top
political leaders, whose goal is to create a One World (fascist)
Government, stripped of all nationalistic and regional boundaries, that is
obedient to their agenda.

question is whether that will be achieved by conquest or consent."
(February 17, 1950, as he testified before the US Senate).
Their intention is to effect complete and total control over every human
being on the planet and to dramatically reduce the world's population by
two thirds.
In 1992, Dr John Coleman published Conspirators Hierarchy: The Story of
the Committee of 300. With laudable scholarship and meticulous research,
Dr Coleman identifies the players and carefully details the New World
Order agenda of worldwide domination and control. On page 161 of the
Conspirators Hierarchy, Dr Coleman accurately summarizes the intent and
purpose of the Committee of 300 as follows:
"A One World Government and one-unit monetary system, under permanent
non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their
numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In
this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the
number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion
people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly
and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.
There will be no middle class, only rulers and the servants. All laws will
be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same
unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and
a One World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where
no national boundaries shall exist. The system will be on the basis of a
welfare state; those who are obedient and subservient to the One World
Government will be rewarded with the means to live; those who are
rebellious will simply be starved to death or be declared outlaws, thus a
target for anyone who wishes to kill them. Privately owned firearms or
weapons of any kind will be prohibited."
Why the Conspiracy is Unknown
The sheer magnitude and complex web of deceit surrounding the individuals
and organizations involved in this conspiracy is mind boggling, even for
the most astute among us. Most people react with disbelief and skepticism
towards the topic, unaware that they have been conditioned (brainwashed)
to react with skepticism by institutional and media influences. Author and
de-programmer Fritz Springmeier (The Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines) says
that most people have built in "slides" that short circuit the mind's
critical examination process when it comes to certain sensitive topics.
"Slides", Springmeier reports, is a CIA term for a conditioned type of
response which dead ends a person's thinking and terminates debate or
examination of the topic at hand. For example, the mention of the word
"conspiracy" often solicits a slide response with many people.
What most people believe to be "Public Opinion" is in reality carefully
crafted and scripted propaganda designed to elicit a desired behavioral
response from the public. Public opinion polls are really taken with the
intent of gauging the public's acceptance of the New World Order's planned
programs. A strong showing in the polls tells them that the programming is
"taking", while a poor showing tells the NWO manipulators that they have
to recast or "tweak" the programming until the desired response is
achieved.
The NWO Modus Operandi
The NWO global conspirators manifest their agenda through the skilful
manipulation of human emotions, especially fear. In the past centuries,
they have repeatedly utilized a contrivance that NWO researcher and author
David Icke has characterized in his latest book, The Biggest Secret, as
Problem, Reaction, and Solution.
The technique is as follows: NWO strategists create the Problem - by
funding , assembling, and training an "opposition" group to stimulate
turmoil in an established political power (sovereign country, region,
continent, etc.) that they wish to impinge upon and thus create opposing
factions in a conflict that the NWO themselves maneuvered into existence.
In recent decades, so called opposition groups are usually identified in
the media as 'freedom fighters' or 'liberators'.
At the same time, the leader of the established political power where the
conflict is being orchestrated is demonized and, on cue, referred to as
'another Hitler' (take your pick: Saddam Hussein, Milosevic, Kadaffi,
etc.). The 'freedom fighters' are not infrequently assembled from a local
criminal element (i.e. KLA, drug traffickers). In the spirit of true
Machiavellian deceit, the same NWO strategists are equally involved in
covertly arming and advising the leader of the established power as well
(the NWO always profits from any armed conflict by loaning money, arming,
and supplying all parties involved in a war).
The conflict is drawn to the world stage by the controlled media outlets
with a barrage of photos and video tape reports of horrific and bloody
atrocities suffered by innocent civilians. The cry goes up "Something has
to be done!" And that is the desired Reaction.
The NWO puppeteers then provide the Solution by sending in UN 'Peace
Keepers' (Bosnia) or a UN 'Coalition Force' (Gulf War) or NATO Bombers and
then ground troops (Kosovo), or the military to 'search for Weapons of
Mass Destruction', which of course are never found. Once installed, the
'peace keepers' never leave. The idea is to have NWO controlled ground
troops in all major countries or strategic areas where significant
resistance to the New World Order takeover is likely to be encountered.
Who is the NWO?
The corporate portion of the NWO is dominated by international bankers,
oil barons and pharmaceutical cartels, as well as other major
multinational corporations. The Royal Family of England, namely Queen
Elizabeth II and the House of Windsor, (who are, in fact, descendants of
the German arm of European Royalty - the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha family -
changed the name to Windsor in 1914), are high level players in the
oligarchy which controls the upper strata of the NWO. The decision making
nerve centers of this effort are in London (especially the City of
London), Basel Switzerland, and Brussels (NATO headquarters).
The United Nations, along with all the agencies working under the UN
umbrella, such as the World Health Organization (WHO), are full time
players in this scheme. Similarly, NATO is a military tool of the NWO.
The leaders of all major industrial countries like the United States,
England, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, etc. (members of the
"G7/G8" ) are active and fully cooperative participants in this
conspiracy. In this century, the degree of control exerted by the NWO has
advanced to the point that only certain hand-picked individuals, who are
groomed and selected are even eligible to become the prime minister or
president of countries like England, Germany, The United States, or
Canada. It didn't matter whether Bill Clinton or Bob Dole won the
Presidency in 1996, the results would have been the same. Both men are
playing on the same team for the same ball club. Anyone who isn't a team
player is taken out: i.e. President Kennedy, Ali Bhutto (Pakistan) and
Aldo Moro (Italy). More recently, Admiral Borda and William Colby were
also killed because they were either unwilling to go along with the
conspiracy, weren't cooperating in some capacity, or were attempting to
expose/ thwart the takeover agenda.
The NWO's Role in Shaping History
Most of the major wars, political upheavals, and economic
depression/recessions of the past 100 years (and earlier) were carefully
planned and instigated by the machinations of these elites. They include
The Spanish-American War (1898), World War I and World War II; The Great
Depression; the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917; the Rise of Nazi Germany;
the Korean War; the Vietnam War; the 1989-91 "fall" of Soviet Communism;
the 1991 Gulf War; the War in Kosovo; and the two Iraq wars. Even the
French Revolution was orchestrated into existence by elements of the NWO.
The instigation of a trumped-up war as a cover for amassing fortunes which
can be dated back to at least the 12th Century when only a core group of
nine members of the Knights Templar, kicked off the The Crusades that
lasted for over a century and a half.
The core group mentioned above have been reported as being the military
arm of a secret society known as the Priory of Sion, but this has been
proven to be a hoax,
In 1307, the king of France, Philippe the Fair, coveted the wealth and was
jealous of the Templars' power. The French king set out to arrest all the
Templars in France on October 13. While many Templars were seized and
tortured, including their Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, many other
Templars (who had been tipped off) escaped. They eventually resurfaced in
Portugal, in Malta (as the Knights of Malta) and later in Scotland as The
Scottish Rites of Freemasonry, with Albert Pike playing a key role in
defining a plan for establishing a world government.
The acquisition and consolidation of ever greater wealth, natural
resources, total political power, and control over others are the
motivating forces which drive the decisions of the NWO leaders. The toll
in human suffering and the loss of innocent lives are non issues for these
individuals.

Recent figures from Statistics Canada and the Bank of Canada show that the
total debt of all levels of Canadian government, individuals, and
corporations is 2.27 trillion dollars on which interest must be paid.
Canada has a total money supply (credit supply) of 800 billion dollars.
Therefore, the debt owing is three times larger than the amount of money
we have to pay it off.
Of the $800 billion money supply, only $38 billion is legal tender (bank
notes in circulation) which are created by the Bank of Canada interest
free. The remainder ($762 billion) is credit created by the major
chartered banks as loans (mortgages, credit card loans, home equity loans,
business loans, etc) which are considered as deposits and on which
interest must be paid.
Thus the Canadian economy is run on a debt based monetary money system,
where legal tender amounts to 5% of the money supply and credit amounts to
95%.
How do we pay off a $2.27 trillion debt with a total money supply of $800
billion, of which only $38 billion is legal tender?

Alll cow's milk (regular and organic) has 59 active hormones. Most cow's
milk has measurable quantities of herbicides, pesticides, dioxins (up to
200 times the safe levels), 52 powerful antibiotics (perhaps 53, with

Cancer Fuel
Of those 59 hormones one is a powerful GROWTH hormone called Insulin-like
Growth Factor ONE (IGF-1). Consider this hormone to be a "fuel cell" for
any cancer. The medical world says IGF-1 is a key factor in the rapid
growth and proliferation of breast, prostate and colon cancers, and we
suspect that it will be found to promote ALL cancers.
The world began witnessing Chemtrail sprayings in early 1999. Civilians
across Canada, America, Mexico, (some regions of South America) Europe and
Australia, post their homemade videos and record these sprayings daily!
Chemtrails or Contails?
Contails (Vapor Trails) need specific weather conditions in order to form.
They have a different texture/size then a Chemtrail. They don't stay in
the air for hours at a time (more like seconds) and they don't spread out
and flatten in a pancake effect. Futhur, Contails do not result in cloud
formations or alter weather conditions.
Chemtrails however, have all of the above characteristics. They do stay in
the air for hours at a time, spread out and flatten in a pancake effect,
create cloud formations and alter weather conditions.
What Are They Spraying Us With?
There have been many independent lab analysis from samples recovered
showing that Chemtrails are highly toxic.
Some of the contents found in Chemtrails include the following;
Barium (toxic to all humans and mammals, primarily effects the
cardiovascular system), Aluminum (effects the nervous system), Ethylene
Dibromide (banned in 1983 by the EPA), Selenium, Red and White Blood Cells
(including unidentifiable cell types), Microplasma Fermetens (found in 45%
of veterans who came down with Gulf War Illness), Bacterium Pseudomonas
Flourescens and Aeruginosa (cause serious blood infections and effect the
immune system), a fungus called Streptomyces (non lab form, causes severe
infections in humans) Bacillus (used in genetic engineering labs, contains
what is known as a DNA restriction, used to create exotic viruses).
Chemtrail Particles Carried by Air Currents
Award-winning journalist Will Thomas has reported that lab analysis showed
spray samples contained over 360 different varieties of mold and fungi in
addition to gene-splicing markers and extremely thin, red human blood
cells.
The chemtrail samples also contained a new breed of designer chemicals
about which little is known in the public domain but which appear to be
very dangerous, plus aluminum particulates.
Chemtrail particles are carried by air currents, spreading a fine dust of
pathogenic materials throughout the environment. The dust is nearly
impossible to avoid since people can ingest it simply by breathing, eating
and drinking. It is logical to assume that those who have initiated this
spraying program are well aware of its inescapable properties. What is
more disturbing is the ease with which a more deadly substance could be
substituted for the current chemtrail mix. Should this happen, it seems
likely that the chemtrail program could exterminate all above-ground human
populations in North America in approximately one week.

The North American continent is being transformed from three sovereign
nations (Canada, USA, Mexico) into one regional corporate power base, the
North American Union. This involves the integration of all three sovereign
nations through the process of their economies, natural resources, labour
mobility, energy, the environment, security, and borderless
infrastructure.
One of the reasons that not too many Canadians, Americans, Mexicans, know
about this, is because it has been executed behind our backs.
Unlike the creation of the European Union, there is no public political or
academic discourse on the pros and cons of a North American Union. No vote
within each nation as to the wish of the people to join such a union.
Instead the union is being imposed on us by our own elected
representatives and government with no opposition.
The proposed new currency for the North American Union is called the Amero.
The Amero is like the Euro, which is the official currency of the European
Union (EU).
Our Governments (essentially one Government) have been building
underground cities since the 1980s. Many people have come forward to
testify to this, including US Geologist Phil Schneider.
After having been diagnosed with cancer, Phil decided that the information
he had been privy too needed to be shared with the public. He was
scheduled to begin lecturing around the US in 1996 but never got the
chance.
Below is a copy of Phil Schneider’s last lecture. In it, he discuses his
years working on underground cities (with ET's assistance). He also talks
about the 1994 terrorist attacks on the world trade center and explains
how that attack was an inside job, orchestrated by the US government.
For his efforts to warn the public, Phil was found murdered in his hotel
room in 1995. He had a wife and an 8 year old daughter.

Colorado, two months before his murder:
Dean Warwick, alternative energy pioneer and researcher, collapsed and
died on October 7, 2006 while speaking at Probe International’s conference
in Blackpool, England.
Originally from New Zealand but lately a resident in Scotland, Warwick had
initially served in the New Zealand Army and was aware of the use of
directed energy weapons to destroy targets, as long ago as the 1970s.
Warwick had promised interviewer Dave Starbuck that he would make some
very significant announcements at the conference concerning the murder of
Bobby Kennedy, the identity of the “Anti-Christ”, and the connection
between underground bases and hundreds of thousands of missing children.
Warwick had reached the point in his lecture when he stated he would next
reveal who was behind Bobby Kennedy’s murder. However, he never did.
Instead, he said, “Bear with me for a moment”, leaned with his left elbow
on a nearby table with his right arm across his body, and then fell flat
on the floor. Shortly afterwards he was pronounced dead.
Warwick was aged 62 and was in good health. Shortly before he began his
presentation, he said he felt a “beam” or “burning” at the side of his
head, and conference organizers said he had spoken of having had a
premonition that something “would happen”.
William Cooper was murdered in a suspicious 2001 police shootout outside
his Arizona home.
He was a highly popular radio talk show host, with his show, “The Hour of
the Time,” and author of more than 20 books including “Behold A Pale
Horse”.
In one of his 1997 writings entitled “Majestytwelve,” Cooper draws this
conclusion:
“If you wish to remain free you will have to fight for it… not because we
want to fight, or you want to fight, but because the traitors (within our
government) will give us no choice in the matter. There will be either a
revolution (the Marxist’s choice) or there will be a serious attempt to
restore Constitutional Republican government under the law (the Patriots’
choice).
“In any event there will be war between the citizens of the United States
of America and the Marxist minions of the subversive corporate United
States’ New World Order.”
Background:
In Cooper’s final years, he worked alone in his Arizona home, sending his
family out of the U.S. in 1999 for their security. William was a well
known world class lecturer, appearing at Wembly Hall in London as well as
lecturing in every state for more than 10 years. He was also a consummate
researcher, backing his New World Order theories with hard data from his
days in U.S. Navy Intelligence. William always struck fear in the eyes of
Presidents, including Clinton, who mounted an FBI attack to silence
Cooper’s views.
Shortly after the Oklahoma City bombing, Rush Limbaugh read a White House
memo on the air during his broadcast, calling William Cooper, “…the most
dangerous radio host in America”. Cooper was later quoted as saying
Clinton’s pronouncement was “the greatest compliment that he has ever
received.”
Cooper’s FBI file which included references to his security clearances
while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of
the White House in what has become known as, “Filegate”. Shortly after
this discovery, President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin
investigation and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up.
While engaged in ongoing federal battles with the FBI over free speech
issues and the IRS who tried to put a financial stranglehold on his
affairs, Cooper went to work full steam, creating several documentaries.
Cooper also believed in empowering Americans with free thought through
newspapers and the airwaves, starting the CAJI News Service, VERITAS
national full size newspaper, The Intelligence Service, Harvest
Publications, and he has helped over 700 low power FM affiliate stations
get equipped and on the air, including the station he managed as Trustee
for the Independence Foundation Trust, 101.1 FM Eagar, Arizona.
Military Background:
William first served with the Strategic Air Command, United States Air
Force. He held a secret clearance working on B-52 bombers, KC-135
refueling aircraft, and Minuteman missiles. Cooper received his Honorable
Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1965.
After the Air Force, he joined the United States Navy. He served aboard
the submarine USS Tiru (SS-416), USS Tombigbee (AOG-11), USS Charles Berry
(DE-1035), and was a headquarter Commander in Chief Pacific Fleet, USS
Oriskany (CVA-34).
Cooper was a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence
serving as a Harbor and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong
Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. He was awarded
several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two
with "V" for Valor.
William was the Petty Officer of the Watch and designated KL-47 SPECAT in
the CINCPACFLT Command Center at Makalapa Hawaii, where he held a Top
Secret, Q, SI, security clearance. This after only 8 years of Naval
service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military.
Cooper received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on
December 11, 1975.
Being privy to top secret information for many years, Cooper later would
call on his military background and expertise as a centerpiece for much of
his writing, deciding to tell the truth and be a man of conscience.
Cooper’s works are immense, covering almost every possible element of what
is amounting to a global takeover by the Illuminati.

Many years ago I had access to a set of documents with the title “
MAJESTYTWELVE”.
The plan outlined the formation of a world totalitarian socialist
government. It is to be ruled by a behind-the-scenes council of wise men.
A so-called benevolent dictator, will be presented as the Messiah.”
The Constitution for the United States of America and its Bill of Rights
will be scrapped.
All military forces and individuals are to be disarmed except for an
internal police force which will carry only the minimum weapons needed to
maintain internal order.
When the process is complete a new worldwide Soviet Union will emerge to
thin the herd, shear the sheeple, and march them off to enslavement or
slaughter depending upon their individual ability to accept and adhere to
their reeducation.
There will be no individual rights, only privileges. These will be granted
or denied at will by the world supra government. All property is to be
owned by the State. There will be a redistribution of wealth.
They plan to eliminate class differences and reduce the standard of living
to a lower level in the advanced nations, such as the United States, and
to a higher standard of living in the so-called third world nations. This
leveling of the standard of living will be accomplished through a global
economic collapse which is in its beginning stages.
The economic collapse will fulfill the goal of Marx and Engles’ Communist
Manifesto mandating the elimination of the middle class. The graduated
income tax was the first implementation of this process and is one of the
planks of the Communist Manifesto.
NAFTA and GATT are a part of this process encouraging industry to move
into third-world nations in order to exploit cheap labor.
All existing religions will disappear. The only religion will be the state
religion (humanism or illuminism).
All County and State governments will be eliminated and replaced with
regional government. These regional governments (Home Rule) are already in
place. Regionalism is gradually taking control throughout America.
There will be no more cash. Trade will be accomplished by a system of
computer credits with accounts accessed through debit cards or computer
chip implants. The cards or implants will also serve as personal
identification, drivers license, and etc. When this is completed the human
race will be shackled to a computer in a never ending cycle of debt. No
action or movement will ever again be private.
